Cancellation & No Show Policy

As much as we want to make you and your body happy, we have to make sure our time spent is fulfilled. At Brazilian Beauty Spa we will charge a $25 dollar fee for all cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

We will charge the card on file 10 minutes into your scheduled appointment if we do not hear anything from you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and our clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. 

Our appointments are confirmed 48 and 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a no show fee will apply. As a courtesy, we email and text to confirm your service appointments. However, it is your responsibility to remember your date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fee.

Credit Card On-File

We require a credit card on file to make a reservation for your appointments. Your card will only be charged in case of a cancellation, no-show and your booked service (when required).

Late Arrivals

If you are 15 or more minutes late we may ask you to reschedule your appointment so it will not affect our punctual clients. If we are unable to take you at the time you arrive, and/or if you receive only the remainder of your service, you will be charged for 100% of the service that you missed.

Refund-Redo Policy

Due to the creative nature of our industry, we do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with the results of your service(s) we will work with you, within reason, to make adjustments or corrections. A re-do appointment must be requested and booked within 7 days of the original appointment in order to qualify as a re-do.

Product Return Policy

Products are not eligible for a refund but can be returned for store credit within 3 business days of the original purchase so long as the product has not been used.

Gift Certificate 

Gift certificates purchased cannot be returned, no exceptions. Gift certificates purchased in the past will not cover the most updated cost of services, as prices were raised due to increased cost from our suppliers. We may not be able to look up a gift certificate if the purchaser did not add your name at the time of the purchase.

Minor Policy

It is Brazilian Beauty Spa´s policy that no person under the age of 13 can receive any services. Ages 13 – 15 must have parental consent and have a parent or guardian in the room at the time of the service. Ages 16- 17 must have parental consent to receive services. Some services require the client to be 18 years of age.

Personal Belongings

Please be sure to be responsible for your personal items. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
